Greasecar Customer Profiles

I have a 1997 VW Golf Diesel and have been a happy Greasecar customer since October, 2007. I installed the system, with the microcontroller (Copilot), myself (I'm only moderately mechanically inclined), and I went with the larger 15 gallon tank. Since October I've driven approximately 15,000 miles on waste vegetable oil, and it's been smooth as silk, with no issues. I live in a cold climate in Ontario, Canada. I've got a French Fry stand guy giving me his oil.

After we read the positive customer testimonials on your website, we bought at 82 Diesel Mercedes as a "test car" to see if the Greasecar kit would actually work. It did - and a few weeks later we found a 99 Diesel Mercedes for a great price. Although Nick had installed the Greasecar kit himself on the older car, we didn't want to mess around with the newer car, so we had Dave Dunham of Smarter Fuel convert the car for us. In the beginning, we collected grease ourselves from restaurants, but it was too messy and time-consuming.

I live in Philadelphia and my '81 240D was converted by Dave and Smarterfuels.com in Pennsburg, PA. She's running great and I'm definitely loving the Copilot!

Just recently I?ve had the pleasure of driving around environmental activist Julia Butterfly Hill when she came to talk here in Louisville KY.

The "good oil boys" at GoodOil in Louisville converted my car about a year ago and I have been a happy greaser ever since. I have over 20,000 very veggie miles on the car and have easily paid for the kit and installation. Perhaps the best part is that I am setting a good example for my kids. They know that our car runs on veggie oil and we are doing our part to reduce air pollution.

John had SoCal Greasers install the Greasecar system in his 1998 Jetta. Since he and his wife never use the cup holders, the temperature and fuel gauges were custom mounted for a clean look. John is currently receiving his WVO from a SoCal Greasers distribution station.

With over 30,000 greasy miles, Brett?s 300D is a smooth running machine. His install was completed by SoCal Greasers.

Greasecar #2 is up and running. Finally took the plunge after driving Greasecar #1 since 10/2004. It's now just one of many in the Las Vegas Greasecar community. It's a 2003 TDI Wagon bought on Ebay. This pic is my son Korben and I. We attended a Las Vegas Greasecar seminar that I just spoke at. I'm very proud to hold the title of Las Vegas's first Greasecar driver and look forward to many more miles and years of gas free driving!

I installed a 2.1 Renault diesel from a Jeep Cherokee into my 88 Wrangler. The engine is the same one used in the Winnie veggie wagon. The Greasecar kit works great. 30 mpg on grease!
