Aaron (with a little help from me) installed it in BEN Namibia's Isuzu without too much fuss ... it has been a pure pleasure, and I've done a lot of long trips on 100% or at least majority vegetable oil.

To reduce our transport costs we were making biodiesel from waste vegetable oil to run our Isuzu KB250 pickup.

I love my greasecar, my 84 Volvo turbo diesel 760 is luxurious and frugal!
Me and my friend installed the kit in 2 nights, it was a really fun process and makes me really proud to procure my own fuel for free. I work at Whole Foods market and get the grease directly from the fryer! It certainly creates buzz around the store and I get to educate people about turning waste into energy.

The picture shows our two greasecars; Grayce is sitting on the '99 Dodge, which was converted this summer. The '02 Jetta was converted almost three years ago and has run 80,000 miles on grease. Bolstered by all this grease success, we are now heating and producing hot water for our office/warehouse next door. (The house in the picture is heated by wood.) And we are anxiously awaiting the introduction of the Greasecar Jeep conversion kit.

I just graduated from art school in Florida, but while I was down south
I ran into a few students from NOLS (The National Outdoor Leadership
School) at a tree house hostel in Brunswick, Georgia. They arrived on a
veggie-converted diesel city bus, and therefore we lovingly titled them
the Veggie Kids. They gave me a lot of information on converting and got
the gears in my head turning. A few months later, my beloved Volvo
station wagon rusted to death on her last mile in northern Virginia.

Greasecar boys / girls, thank you for delivering my new heated system for my 1994 Ford F350 crew cab dually. I've put 4,000 miles on grease. I absolutely love my grease truck. I've built a 8x8 heated room off my outside woodboiler. I keep my 250 gallon holding tank and all the filters at a warm 80. Makes filtering nice. Justin Abbey Wellsville, NY

Trip converted his Golf TDI a little over a year ago at 46,200 miles on the odometer. He has since clocked over 75,000 miles with a vast majority of those on grease. Check out the Virginian-Pilot feature on Trip and his Greased Golf in our 'In the Media' section. His installation pics can be found on www.ryleighelizabeth.com/GreasedGolf.

Mark Leclerc had Mark Penta convert this 1997 Mercedes. In April 2006.

Frank took his Mercedes SD to Mark Penta in Vermont for this installation.

Mark Penta converted this 1997 Passat for Ben Weil.

Harry Morse had Mark Penta install a Greasecar kit in his 2004 Jetta wagon with the PD TDI. Another quality installation from the Gilead Garage!
