Greasecar 5/16 Auto Filter Heat Exchange - A heated filter is one of the key components when building a vegetable oil conversion kit for your diesel car and the compact design of this Greasecar unit has stood the test of time.  This assembly can also be used for those who are running biodiesel in colder climates to prevent fuel gelling and filter waxing.

Greasecar's handmade heated fuel filter assembly comes complete with a billet aluminum filterhead (with 5/16" hose barbs), 5/8" copper heating coil, aluminum shroud, mounting bracket, fuel and coolant tees. Also Greasecar's worry free 1 year manufacturer's warranty. Copper heating coil provides efficient heat transfer to your oil in the filter (must be used with Greasecar Auto Veg Filter or comparable 77mm OD filter to ensure proper heat transfer).  You will also receive a pxe-style 5/16" brass tee, (2) 3/4"x3/4"x5/8" coolant tees, 5/8" coolant fitting for copper coil, and a custom made 5/8" coolant to 3/8" ID hose-in-hose compression fitting.
