Greasecar Custom 32" Aluminum Rectangular Tank- Greasecar's complete 15 gallon tank featuring Viton grommets, internal baffling, high efficiency handmade copper heat exchanger, built-in level sender, hose-in-hose compression fitting, and race-style flush mount fuel cap.

Greasecar's 15 gallon tanks are high quality laser-cut aluminum, professionally TIG welded and assembled in-house built to our specification for use in vegetable oil conversion systems, offering the greatest versatility of mounting options of our tanks. Our 32" tanks are perfect for Mercedes wagons, vans, VW pickup trucks, and any vehicle without a spare tire well. Copper heat exchangers offer the best heat exchange from your coolant as well as added resistance to cracking. These tanks also feature viton grommets and internal compression fitting for hose-in-hose fuel line heating (3/8" OD fuel line). External 5/8" hose barbs are custom built for our tanks. This tank features built in low-profile fuel level sender and easy fill race-style flush mount cap. Positive and negative pressure vents are built into fuel cap and hatchplate ensuring your tank breathability, an essential aspect for proper tank function.
