Greasecar Custom 40 Gallon Aluminum Rectangular Tank- Complete and ready to mount in your truck or van, Greasecar's 40 gallon heated vegetable oil tank is designed and assembled at Greasecar for use in our fuel systems. The 40 gallon tank offers optimal heat transfer, hose-in-hose fittings, built in fuel level sender, Viton seals, internal baffling, venting, and a convenient race-style flush mount filler cap.

Greasecar's 40 gallon tanks are high quality laser-cut aluminum, professionally TIG welded and assembled in-house built to specification for use in vegetable oil conversion systems in pickup trucks, with simple installation into the bed of your truck. Copper heat exchangers offer the best heat exchange from your coolant as well as added resistance to cracking. Tanks also feature viton grommets and internal compression fitting for hose-in-hose fuel line heating (1/2" ID fuel line). External hose barbs are custom built for Greasecar's tanks with a 3/4" feed barb and a 5/8" return barb. It features a built in low-profile fuel level sender and easy fill race-style flush mount cap. Positive and negative pressure vents are built into the fuel cap and hatchplate to ensure tank breathability, essential to proper tank function.
