Hi gang:
Here is the new breakdown:
81 VW (blending for 5- years)
92 Dodge (2-tank for 3-years)
and now, the newest addition
Drum roll please............................................

03 Super Duty Crew Lariat.
It was not as easy as the Dodge (that's for sure.)
The engine compartment is very tight for proper neat placement of related parts (actually a real pain in the a$$ on some of it.)
After 100 miles of break in and "tweaking", it ran almost 1,000 miles without any trouble (except the time it ran out of WVO.....oops!)
Two seperate tanks (obviously).
Two seperate filters.
Two seperate fuel pumps.
Pex line for fuel and water transmission.
Pex line for heat exchanger in a 50-gallon Poly tank.
20-plate flat plate heat exchanger.
Copper coil veggie filter heat exchanger.
Factory fuel pump.
Pollak valve.
On demand pump to assit engine water pump to move antifreeze through the Pex faster.
An assortment of gauges.
A few homemade "tricks" and widgets.

So far so good.

Thanks BEEJ :-)

Congratulations Doc.  Sounds like a nice installation, on a nice truck.  But I'm sure going to miss Max...

I am more familiar with the Pollak valves and find them easy to work with.
I have several of them laying around in my shop, so I used one.

Phil, I do not know what I am going to do with Max as of yet.  The Ford rides so much better than my first Gen tank!!!!!!

Yea, but you looked so cute all greased up and with your a$$ sticking out of my engine bay while you were ripping things apart (as I was cringing....................)

I did the R&R of the fuel bowl last weekend.  Diesel "O" rings . com is a great source for Viton "O" rings and rebuild kits.

Bob (the owner) is a hell of a nice guy to boot.
