Hi does anyone have any experience with Greasecar conversions for this vehicle? How about generally, has this been a good car for conversion? Reliable mechanically? Just asking!

I've been tempted. It seems like a nice car. ..

I've heard very good things about the Beemer Diesels. I wish I had one! I've had gas Beemers and loved them (except the big guzzlers). Do it! Go veggie and let us know how good the car is!

I did it! I bought the BMW 524td and now have it in my possession. As soon as I get enough money, THE CONVERSION IS ON!

Really anxious to hear how the conversion works for you on this vehicle. I'm thinking about aquiring a 524td also.

Good Luck.

Hi,

Where did you mount the filter on your 524, and also, did you need to add a new fuel pump?

thanks
