How to build a quick drain system w/duel tankes

I have a f340 with duel tanks and wonderd if anybody new how to build a Quick drain systm that would that would transfer from veg. to reg. deisel defor shuting the truck off in cold weather in one minuet or less.

You can install a three port valve that would divert your diesel return to your veggie line to "backflush" your veggie line with diesel fuel to prevent freezing, it would be under one minute.
