I am thinking of selling my 98 E300 Turbodiesel.  Has had a GC kit (pro installed w/co-pilot) with the 3 valve setup recommended by Conor.  Has worked flawlessly for three years (in November).  Car is in excellent condition interior wise, and very good exterior (no rust, just some dings)  Car has 212K miles, last 60K on grease.  It is a LOT nicer than the older MB's you commonly find converted. This car has xenons, stability and traction control, ABS, 6 airbags and other modern amenities.  Kelly Blue Book says avg. private party value is $5800 in "good" cond.  Edmunds "true value" pricing says $4600 (avg.) and NADA says $6200 avg. trade in.  How much does the GC kit add?  I'm thinking of asking $6495 for the car and taking offers.  What do you all think?

PS:  If someone out there has a nice 92-95 S class, let me know.

Do you have any records of repairs you have done to the car. That should add some value to the future buyer. But what your asking does sound like a far price.
