was hoping to order today, GC is closed.

96 benz.
what I think I want:
I want the larger square tank if that matters, don't want to lose spare, and the extra 3 Gallon will be handy.  anyone have a reason not too?
I understand I want the 3valve kit SV-100

What I question:
What heat exchanger do I want and why?  Copper or Aluminum?
Do I want to order extra Fuel line or feed line?
Do I need any of the gauges or other accessories?  I assume Co-Pilot does most of what i need.

Why not order online? No problem with that.

Get them.

I would take copper, more durable.

The lines come with the kit should be long enough.

It's good to have a vacuum gauge to monitor your veggie filter condition.
You may want a FPHE if you are not from a warm/hot state.

I got the rectangular tank. Its the way to go.
From your local parts store get.
Extra hose clamps.
hose cutter.
Hotter thermostat.
Add a benz aux coolant pump to the loop.
and 2 ball valves to close the coolant to the tank incase of a leak in a hose can still drive home.

few ball valves is a good idea.
where would the pump go?  Does pump need to be benz?  I would think a pump is a pump.  perhaps I'll undersand more once I get into it.

if I get a new thermo , what temp do I want?
i run ~180 right now.  185+ on the hot days around town.  where do I need to be?

I prefer the spare tire tanks.  With the rectangular tank, your trunk space is lost forever.  With the spare tire tank, you do lose trunk space when you put the tire in the trunk.  But if you need the space, you can just leave the tire at home.  Not an option with the rectangiular.
I also hung my spare from the top of the trunk, which seems to make the space a lot more useful.  I carry a can of flat fix, a 12 volt compressor and some plugs.  But I haven't needed any of them, or the spare, since converting the car to WVO.

Re: aux coolant pump.
Often available on Ebay for under $60.
Like the one in this listing http://www.ebay.com/itm/NEW-MERCEDES-AUX-AUXILIARY-WATER-PUMP-OEM-SPEC-HIGH-QUALITY-000-835-69-64-/270906819546?hash=item3f134e03da&item=270906819546&pt=Motors_Car_Truck_Parts_Accessories&vxp=mtr#ht_17658wt_1166
It helps circulate coolant through the heater core when the engine is idling.
When added to a conversion it helps ensure that coolant circulates through the heated fuel line etc of the conversion at low RPMs. Mount it low and it will also help purge air from the coolant filled parts of the conversion.

I put my pump by oil filter housing so it pushes coolant thru the loop.
