For over 10 years Greasecar has been committed to provided high quality, field tested products for the Straight Vegetable Oil burning enthusiast. We are dedicated to supporting small scale US manufacturers, many of which are family run small businesses all around the U.S..  Our close relationships with these vendors have enabled us to ensure product quality at reasonable prices and develop unique items not available from any other suppliers.

In an on-going effort to supply these quality products, to not only the individual looking for a complete conversion kit ready to install, but also the "Do-It-Yourselfer" wanting to mix and mach components, we are continuing to expand our product catalog and refine our web ordering system. Our new ordering system allows those looking to purchase a variety of smaller items to consolidate shipping for more reasonable rates and our constantly expanding catalog is making more items available.

Check out some of our new offerings.

Complete Kits:

Now those looking to customize their complete vehicle specific conversion kit can do so with valve, tank, heat exchanger and fuel line options when placing their order online (simply leave all option in "default" for standard kit packages).

DIY Parts:

Over the last few years there has been a growing community of indeviduals who want to design and build their own kits but have had a hard time sourcing high quality SVO specific components, until now.  We have just added dozens of parts found in our complete conversion kits to our online catalog, now available piece meal.

We plan to continue refining our catalog and introducing products based on demand.  Feel free to email any product and online catalog suggestions to: info@greasecar.com .

Thank you for your continued interest and support.

Would you sell one of your 7.3 return line manifold thingy from a 7.3 kit?  If so, what would you need to have for said "thingy"?

Thanks

Justin:  I called the week before Thanksgiving and spoke with one of your employees.  No one ever got back to me.

Rick was out yesterday and didn't get a chance to catch up with all of his call backs from before the holiday, I checked in with him and he left you a message this morning.

Thanks, I got it.

I may be going a different route on my design (I'm still working out the bugs.)

Thanks for the follow up.  It is good to know that I can now purchase what parts I may need.

Cheers.

Justin,

I called several times in the past few years asking you about a kit for my 2004 Duramax. The last time we talked you said your company was working on it. It has been over a year since then so I am checking in again. I would really like to convert my truck into a vegi vehicle and reap the savings. Please let me know what the status with this kit is.

Thank you,

George

I am interested in possibly purchasing one of your basic 40 gallon rectangle tanks for my 1998 Dodge Ram conversion but I do not run "hose in hose" lines to my existing wvo tank.  My current wvo tank is heated with a Hot Fox and just just uses regular hoses and runs a separate fuel line.  Are your tanks available in different set ups (i.e. just plain hose barbs on the heater coils and a fuel outlet fitting)?  My existing tank is now located in place of the old spare tire and is taking up ground clearance.  I am looking to relocate a narrow/tall tank to the bed behind the cab.    Thanks.

Get the alum hih to go with the tank. the extra heat is worth it. And your ready to travel into colder climates if needed.

If you can drill a hole and turn a wrench, you can install the greasecar system yourself.  They have great instructions with illustrations and people on this forum can help you.  No special tools needed.

Hi Justin, I have a Chevy Hummer, do you have a starter kit in stock for that? I am currently considering getting one. Do you ship your products statewide? Also, I noticed that you first uploaded your post in 2004. Are there any modifications to the kit to complement newer cars? I have a friend who is interested as well but he is driving a Volkswagen. Do you only have starter kits for the list of vehicles listed on your website? My cousin is able to convert the auto parts for me, but I’ve been looking up the steps myself and it seems quite manageable. Are there any possible issues I need to look out for?
