hey folks,

the wvo3 is up and pumpin, puts out a real clean product from some pretty dirty wvo. we have run about 120 gal. thru it so far w/ great results. only problem we have encountered is that if the wvo blend is below 60 dg. it really slooooows the processing time. must come up w/ a way to heat oil to 100dg
in the plastic drums. see the way system works you always have 15gal of blend in the mix tank and 25gals in the filter tank. so even if you heat the prefiltered oil up when you pump it in the mix tank it hits cool oil. then after the mixing and settleing time it is cooler yet. then it flows by gravity into the filter tank w/ cold oil in it so you lose all your heat.

in the summer it won't be an issue but since we are starting in the fall we will have so expirments to do w/ heating, what a blast.

all in all is a good set up, we are adding a pump setup to it for mixing and transfering oil in attemp to make a closed system.
