I installed a Greasecar kit into a 99 Beetle TDI. The purge works but I am not sure if the car is running on WVO. When I switch to Veg oil the car keeps running. I am told that it will eventually smell different but it seems to continue smelling like diesel.
How to test? Should I clamp off the diesel hose once I veg to test? Any other suggestions?
Thanks

Assuming all your fuel lines are connected correctly, if both valve A and valve B are energized at the same time when in veggie
mode, the engine should be running on veggie oil. Purge OK means valve B is working. Check for valve A operation.
