I have a 2003 ford f-250, been running on your grease kit since 2005, updated the system with new hoses & 6 port sv98 2 years ago, no problems & system runs great, 6 months ago my truck would not run on fuel, only grease so I clean the solenoids & that fixed the problem, now the same problem has happened so I cleaned the solenoid again, which weren't near as dirty as the 1st time, my ruck ran fine for about 1 week then it wouldn't run on fuel again, so here's my ?
I pulled my regular fuel filter today & it was very dirty, but the fuel in the main truck bowl was also very dirty, i changed the filter & i'm hoppen this takes care if the problem. i havn't changed the main filter for about 1 year, the fuel in the main filter bowl was very dark which is not normal, if i'm right the grease never enters your main filter bowl or does it?
well just lookin for ideas, i will run it tomorrow, if the new filter fixes the problem I will repost but if you've seen this problem before, any lite shared would be appreciated
Thanx

how do you filter at home. plus when was the last time you cleaned your tank? the bottom of your tank always moves up if you never clean it

It wound up being the filters in my deisel tank, I replace the about 2 years ago because they were clogged, I am now instaling a filter setup from my tank fuel line to my fuel pump & cut the mesh out of the fuel tank filters so I do not have to drop the fuel tank anymore, i can just change the filter. I heard the sv200's solve the cleaning problem & will probably order them soon, as far as straining I have 3, 300 gallon totes, 1 for settling, then 1 run thru a 1 micran sock filter & the run thru a 2nd 1 micron filt & use the 3rd tote as fuel. I remove the Grease cra tank about ounce every 1 1/2 years & clean it out. found out from a freind who has 03 f-250 ounce every 6 mo he fills his deisel filter bowl with automatic transmission fluid, it has detergents that clean out your injectors, he learned this from his freind that drives an 18wheeler.
Thanks For the help

Same exact problem I had last year and it ended up being the valves. Yes they might not look dirty but they are only rated for a certain amount of time. 250,000 miles on grease then I will take a stab and say you have 50,000 miles of that at least on these valves? I upgraded to the sv200's and never had that problem again.
