Bought the kit with the 11 gal rectangular tank hoping to place it up against the back seat in the trunk.
It looks like I would not be able to route the lines in/out of tank without doing sharp (like 90 degree) bends - and that just wont work?
anyone done this in a mk2 jetta that can share what they did?
appreciate it

hey buddy i got a 1985 jetta that i put my greasecar kit in. gotta love the fact that you only get a diagram and no details on where to mount what and how to build those mounts :) well your question about the tank. i got a 15 gallon tank in my mk2 i put the filler part of the hose againts the back seat with the lines facing the back of the car. i got a cycle saw and that you use for doors knobs. you will need a few differnt sizes one for the lines and another for the fuel filler hose if you didnt get that then you should buy it since its a nice addon. then drill out your hole in the back dash and then another one the side of the car the hose will stick out threw the back part of the dash with a bend to the side of the car where the other hole is but once its in it still looks good. my e-mail if dburchett43230@yahoo if you are still having problems then please contact me and i can take some pics and send them to you sorry i dont have any on the work computer :) oh hows your altenator belt holding up? i went and got a kevlar belt from tractor supply and it holds :)
