6.9 ford van 1984
My system will not purge diesel back to my tank. I put a meter on the B valve and its working as it should. I have diesel fuel to the pex return line.
I put a air compressor on the return line and it seams to blow air just fine. Does not feel like any obstruction.
I have a co-pilot and I run the manual purge for the 30 seconds. I tried this multiple times and after about the forth time the engine starts to run ruff.
I also have a brand new fuel filter on the van

So with your meter I assume you found power and that is what you mean by its working? Also check the ground to be sure its worrking. You should be able to hear a click when you put power to it, when in doubt put it on the purge setting and go to the valve and disconnect the power and recconnect the power, you will not only hear it but you can feel it. Without being able to see your plumbing it is hard to pin point, double check the routing of the lines and the wiring.
