TroubleShooting Gauges

Our Fuel gauge is nor working and the temp is constantly in LO.
Looking on the greasecar website can't find any way to troubleshoot them.
Does anybody have an idea about how to check this? Don't really want to order a new gauge and is the sensor or the sending unit failing.
Please help.

too bad i can't help that is really a mind blowing troubleshooting. i will just bump this thread again so expert might notice this thread.
