Its been almost 3 months since I have ran grease. Us southerners hate the cold weather and its to damn hard to work the grease under 32 degrees. (yeah, I am a whimp). But I filtered 55 gallons yesterday and afterwards I went to my grease source and collected another 60 gallons so, I am back in business after a few days of heat and settling.
The key to greasin is heat and settle....Wish you could have seen my grease that has sat for 2 months. It looked incredible.
