We finally got 2 Acme 6K series based on your recommendations. The bowls are totally sealed and we have some oil to ready to be cleaned.
We can't to find all the posts that we remember seen with the pictures of how to set a few centrifuges. We remember seen them but of course now that we are ready we can't find them!!!
This is what we have and it can be used for the set up.
1) 275G container ( where we are planning to store the oil filtered)
2) 6 55G containers (5 of them to let the oil settle down) and the 6 to pour the oil from the top of the other 5 and use it as a dispenser for the centrifuges.
3) 1500W heating element to heat the oil before getting to the centris.
Any inputs will be highly appreciated and more than welcome to shot some emails with links or pics to wvoram@gmail.com
btw: We know that the greaseworld is dirty but I NEED to kepp the jobsite a neat as possible since all this is taking place in a friend's place due the lack of space from our part. So the last thing that we can do is a big mess....I know....to much to ask LOL

I use a PID to control the heat.

That one of them.
thanks Mr. Miller with that link we were able to track most of them.
Few questions.
1) I broke one of the plastic tabs where the spout sits between. So how do we fix the bowl with the spout?
2) what is the DIP to control the temp? We were planning on plugging the heating element overnight before filtering .  Good or bad idea?
3) How to control the flow in the centri?
Thanks again and Happy ThanksGiving Day

I should add that I drilled holes in the upper lip of the bowl and run a very slow flow rate.  This may well be why I don't have any issues as the bowl won't ever be 100% full by design.

if you drilled holes in the lip of the bowl, then it really isnt working very well. for example if you have a 1/2" lip and dirty wvo then you can run the centi for 2 hrs before you have to clean the bowl or the dirty wvo spills over the top lip. if you drilled holes in the lip 1/8" from the edge then you should just go ahead and grind the rest of the lip off. because now you have to clean the bowl out ever 10 mins or you are flowwing dirty wvo through the holes.   just my 2 cents.

On the contrary, I rarely have to clean it and my oil is beautiful.  I suppose if I were running KFC byproduct in there then what you say might be true but then I'm not.
