The Co-Pilot is a must for any conversion kit. Not only does it simplify operation and installation it will keep you from making common switching mistakes!

Easy push button switching makes running on vegetable oil a breeze. The adjustable backlit LCD screen clearly displays operation temperatures and running mode, a pleasant tone notifies the driver when conditions are right to switch. In Auto function the Co-Pilot will automatically switch over to vegetable oil when the preset engine temperature is reached. Timed purge and shut down alarm eliminate the possibility of over purging and notify the operator of improper shut down.

Simple automotive styling and compact LCD screen integrate seamlessly into your dashboard without the need for drilling mounting holes. Its modular design and pre-configured wiring harness make for clean and quick installation.

Each Co-Pilot is factory preset and ready to run right out of the box. Advanced users can customize parameters easily right in the controller's configuration menu without the need of removal, adapters or additional programming equipment.

How does it work?
The controller can be used in both "Manual" and "Auto" mode by simply pressing the Menu button.

"Auto" mode:
Simply start you vehicle drive away and let the Co-Pilot do the work. When the engine is warmed up the Co-Pilot will automatically switch your system to vegetable oil.
When you get to your destination just push the mode button and let the Co-pilot do the rest.

"Manual" function:

If you want to do the switching yourself simply press the menu button and you are in "Manual mode". Manual offers the same benefits of easy push-button operation and clearly displayed temperature and fuel level while allowing you to decide when to switch
